Two or three sentences about what you sell and what should change are enough. The conversation commits you to nothing.

To start, fifteen minutes and what you already have is enough

You don't need finished copy or photos. At every step we say what we need from you and what you hold in your hand when it ends.

  1. Fifteen minutes

    The conversation

We ask what you sell, who calls you and what they ask about most. Fifteen minutes is usually enough to tell how many pages make sense and where we would start.

    • From you: fifteen minutes and whatever you already have: photos, a price list, the old site.
    • At the end: you know what can be done and where we would start.
  2. In writing

    Scope and quote

We write down what the price of the site covers, what is a separate item and how long it takes. If it can be done cheaper in two stages, we say so here, not after signing.

    • From you: an hour to read it and ask questions.
    • At the end: a scope, a date and a figure you can hold us to.
  3. First version

    Design and copy

We lay out the screens starting from the phone and write the copy for your customer, based on what they actually ask. We pick photos from yours, or say outright what is missing.

    • From you: answers about the offer and a yes to the direction.
    • At the end: a first version to look at, not a description in an email.
  4. On your phone

    A preview you can click

You get the site at its own test address and click it on the phone your customers use. Changes get agreed on that preview, before anything goes out into the world.

    • From you: your notes in one place, ideally gathered at once.
    • At the end: a version you signed off yourself.
  5. After launch

    Launch and what comes after

We deploy to fast hosting, connect the certificate and the domain, yours or one we register, and check one last thing: that an enquiry from the form really reaches you. The site is yours and runs without a subscription.

    • From you: domain access, if you already have one.
    • At the end: a working address and our number, in case something is off.

The questions that come up on the first call

Almost everyone asks these before they name a budget.

The site itself is one price, and that price always covers design, copy, the phone version, speed, technical SEO and launch. It depends mainly on the number of pages and how much copy has to be written from scratch. The domain, email, photography, Google listing and care are priced separately, line by line, so you can see what you're paying for.

Usually two to four weeks from the moment we have all the material. Gathering photos and approving the copy takes the longest; the build and launch themselves are quick.

Yes. We move the domain and email with no downtime and redirect old addresses to the new ones so you don't lose your Google positions. If the current site has content worth keeping, we move it instead of rewriting from scratch.

Yes, if you want. The simplest route is ACRM: you change prices, opening hours and project photos in the panel and the site picks them up immediately. Without the system there's the care plan: you send a message and the change is live the same week. The site works without either, changes are just billed one by one then.

Then the site plugs into ACRM, our system with a booking calendar, a client database and reminders. Customers book their own slot and you see everything in one panel. You can also start with just the site and add the system later.
