Case study · Hair and beauty
Salon Anna Lublin
A small neighbourhood salon competing with chains that have booking apps. The site doesn't try to win on features — it sells what a chain hasn't got: you're not a number, and you know the price up front.

What we did — and why this way
Prices without calling
A dedicated page with the price of every treatment. A missing price is the most common reason someone closes a salon's site — and the most common call that interrupts work.
Being small as the advantage
“A small salon where you're not a number” — a line no chain can claim. The whole site holds that one note instead of pretending to be a bigger business.
A phone number instead of a booking system
With two chairs, online booking would be a prosthetic — the owner keeps the schedule in her head anyway. The site leads to one tap on the number; a system can come later if the salon grows.
Inside the site

The price list — every treatment available without a call.
