ACRM modules
What exactly is inside
The full list of what runs in production today, plus what is still being built — labelled plainly, so nobody buys a promise. Every block can be switched on and off separately.
01
Sales and clients
The core: one place where an enquiry turns into a client.
Leads from every channel
The website form, Facebook and Instagram ads, email and phone all land in one lead inbox with the source recorded. Nothing has to be retyped by hand.
A client record instead of a folder
Lead and client are one record throughout the life cycle — nothing gets duplicated on “promotion”. The record holds overview, engagements, finances, calendar, messages, notes and details in tabs.
A pipeline shaped around you
You define the stages and containers yourself, and a service category can carry its own detailed production pipeline inside the general one. Several paths can run at once — building boats looks nothing like selling caps.
Sources and attribution
Every lead carries its source and campaign parameters. After a month you can see which ad brings clients, not just clicks.
02
The work itself
Everything between “the client said yes” and “it's done”.
Projects with a plan and a Gantt
A job with a deadline and budget, a plan of stages, tasks with priorities and dependencies (Gantt view), project costs and income, documents and the team assigned to it.
Tasks and follow-ups
Assigned to a specific person, with a due date and priority. The panel shows what is overdue and which lead has been waiting more than forty-eight hours for an answer.
Calendar and appointments
Appointments and deadlines in one view, split per staff member, with an automatic reminder sent before the visit.
Company notepad
Shared team notes, kept apart from notes on a specific client. Everyone can read them, the author or a manager edits.
Stock without the paperwork
Four questions instead of full inventory management: what's running out, where the equipment is, what got used on which job and what's due for service.
03
Money and analysis
Numbers computed from data you enter anyway — nothing typed in twice.
Engagements and settlements
Every job has its own stage and its own settlement: flat rate or hourly. The balance is calculated automatically as the difference between what's been done and what's been paid.
Company finances with tax
Revenue, receipts, receivables, overheads and project costs, VAT charged and deductible, income tax split by settlement form. It's an estimate, not bookkeeping — and the panel says so.
Business analysis
Profitability of each service per hour, revenue trend, seasonality by month and a BCG matrix: what's a star, what's a cash cow and what's dead weight eating the calendar.
Owner's dashboard
Tiles for the chosen period: new clients with the percentage change, revenue, returning clients, where they came from and “needs action”. A zero never stands alone — the reason for it sits underneath.
04
Company and people
Everything that lets you bring a team into the system, not just yourself.
Staff and permissions
You create accounts inside the CRM, not at a hosting provider. A role plus individual permissions decide who sees other people's leads and who sees amounts — sales see their own, money is for managers.
Services, prices and working hours
A service catalogue with default rate, VAT, billing type and duration, plus working hours per day and per person. The catalogue underpins profitability — which is why it's counted per service, not per job title.
Online booking 24/7
A public booking page under your own firm: service → person → free slot → details and consent → email confirmation and an appointment in the calendar. The code runs in production; we switch the module on when it's needed.
05
Your site, steered from the panel
This part exists because the same person builds the site and the system — otherwise it couldn't be wired together.
Project photos published from the panel
You add photos and a description in the CRM and the entry appears on your site. The images go straight to the site's hosting — visitors never touch the system.
Prices, services and opening hours
A price or an opening hour changed in the panel goes live on the site. You don't message me “change the price of a haircut” — you change it yourself, when it needs changing.
Publishing to Facebook
A finished job can go out as a post on the company page in one click. The system makes sure the same work doesn't get posted twice.
06
Integrations
Less copying from window to window — data lands where it belongs.
Form and bookings from the site
An enquiry from the site enters the system immediately as a lead with a task, not as an email somebody has to transcribe onto a list.
Google Drive
Client documents attached to the client record instead of a “to be sorted” folder on somebody's desktop.
Company email
Microsoft/Outlook and your own sending addresses. Correspondence stays on the client's record, including when a colleague was the one writing.
Meta Lead Ads
Leads from Facebook and Instagram ads arrive on their own, tagged with the campaign — no CSV downloads from the ads manager.
Google or Microsoft sign-in
No extra password to remember. You revoke an employee's access with one switch in the panel, not by changing a password for everyone.
07
Always included
Things that aren't sold separately, because without them the system has no business existing.
Audit log
Who changed what and when — including me, when I help with your account. Nothing happens in the background without a trace.
Backups and the EU region
A daily backup, data held in the EU, every account in its own isolated space. Two companies' data never mix.
Export and deletion
A full export, or deletion of one person's data on request. GDPR requires it and it's built in from the start, not bolted on later.
08
In development
Announced but not working yet. It's written here so nobody buys it as finished.
AI assistant
Two stages, split by data sensitivity rather than difficulty: first commands (add a task, move a stage, show what's overdue) on pseudonymised data, then analysis of notes and correspondence. A separate decision and a separate tier — it won't switch itself on.
Google Calendar and Meta messages
Two-way sync with Google Calendar, plus Messenger and Instagram messages attached to the client record.
Extended analytics
Results per employee, client lifetime value, clients at risk of leaving and trends per service. The core is already computed in Finances — this extends it.
Rollout
You don't get a login and an empty screen
I do the rollout: creating the account and configuring stages, importing your clients, training the team. The system is half the work — the other half is setting it up so the numbers mean something.

Describe your project or problem — I'll get back with an idea and a ballpark quote. No strings attached.
